 Hello, everyone welcome to ULHANDRA. We are honored that you have chosen to take this journey with us. This is a journey a change in life style not a temporary way of life for weight loss alone.. Before we get started there are some realistic challenges that we should consider that way we wont be disappointed in ourselves


Alway's

  1. Always understand that with life you will have weak, lazy, bored and unplanned days. You are to never say I've missed to many days I cant do this. Remember to just keep going, you can only fail if you stop trying.
  2. Always Prepare your meals ahead of time, eat healthy things that you enjoy while always incorporating something new.
  3. Always always read the label on your food and remember first 5 ingredients are the most important. Understanding eating for life will help in your selection
  4. Always remember the fresher the food the better, processed food causes inflammation and reason to count calories. Counting calories is necessary when food isn't real.
  5. Always stay away from soybean and soybean products they contribute to inflammation
  6.  Always understand that all organic does not mean 100% chemical free, it best when its both organic and or  G.M.O free
  7. Always stay away from G.M.O foods although all organic isn't organic as stated before its usually free of G.M.O
  8. Always learn to understand yourself and your relationship with food, it will become easier, this is why keeping a journal is essential with pictures of your meals and your experience. Write about what was going on at the time that you ate what you ate. This will help you to see you relationship with food.
  9. Always seek advice from your doctor before starting anything new concerning your health. We are not doctors, we are however health coaches, Nutritionist as well as Holistic practitioners.

NEVER'S

  1. Never be deceived by counting calories, are by eating products that says healthy microwavable foods, diet foods of any kind. They are not good for the body long term and they are still processed.
  2. Never go soybean crazy, vegetarian food is also very processed with it vegetable textured protein.
  3. Never be deceived by sugar free foods just stay away from processed sugars
  4. Never go overboard on fiber all fiber isn't the same however fiber is essential
  5. Never drink artificial water they are fake and serve no healthful purpose, make your own if you must
  6. Never stop trying, Never stop doing it

Regular table salt is a must to avoid.

One of the most popular drugs that are prescribed for cardiovascular disease is diuretics. It is said that the body is retaining water and this over loads the heart and vascular system. The treatment is to use drugs to reduce the water(fluid). I urge you to attack this with diet, get a copy of the physician desk reference on hand and look at what you are setting yourselves up for with the side effects that causes other dis-eases. 
Read the ingredients within your table salt, including some sea salts for a anti-caking ingredient, this is a chemical that is not healthy for the human body. Remember to always read the label.
The murder of over cooking our fruits and vegetables and then using salt for flavor is killing us.
The average food on the market is salted 3 times in preparation before it makes it to our table. We again while preparing the already half living if not dead food add more salt to it. If a substance is a poison, it's a poison regardless of the dosage. Using natural sea salt and Himalayan salt is best however, even it should be used in moderation.
 Remember we are not born requiring the amount of salt we ingest. We are taught this by our family as they began to introduce their food into our diet. However, the less processed foods you eat the less salt and sugar we will desire.

Instead of looking at what all that need to be done. We are going to start at the end, look at yourself. You have more energy, your fatigue is gone and you are loosing weight. You feel good about yourself because you are either off your medication because you no longer need them or your medication has been severely reduced. Can you see and feel your empowerment the change that has occurred? This isn't just for weight loss but the good thing about loving yourself and taking care of you is weight loss occurs when necessary, this is fortunately one of the side effects of loving yourself. That greater glow of energy that you feel ,you just have to share it with all that will listen. You've learned that it is entirely possible to make changes in 6 weeks time frame.  In this challenge you will not be taught how to spend money on unnecessary diet foods. We don't Die-t. We feed the body what it needs so that it can do what it needs to do to heal it self by rebuilding itself. Are you breathing in the fresh air, feeling your tighter abs, thighs, butt, clearer vision and a new found perspective on life. Yes you did it now lets keep going.


There are four things physically that we will focus on and they are the mind ,spirit, power foods, cleansing and exercise. They are all needed and they all work together to help you achieve your goals. From experience it is necessary to divide this up into three phrases. Because often when we began incorporating thing into our life  we will feel overwhelmed if not prepared. Life will happen and you will become unprepared and give up. You may try this for 3 day or even as far as 2 weeks. It is up to you to make up your mind. This is why we also build a community to help with what is needed to accomplish your goals.


PHASE ONE : Now this is the first 2 weeks and this is to be your focus.You are going to be learning about nutrition, basic workouts, internal cleansing and clearing the mind for your spiritual cleansing as well. Working out we want to hit every muscle. We will have Monday strength day, Tuesday yoga day, Wednesday is Pilates day, Thursday is Marital Arts day, and Friday is core training day. Show up have fun and get others involved. Turn off the t.v and turn on your favorite music and focus only on what you are doing at this time.

PHASE TWO:  Get ready for everything to be elevated for the next 2 weeks. You are still to log down your results by taking your measurements and weight. Make a note of how you are feeling as far as your medication and talk with your doctor about having another revaluation as time progress. You are also to continue to keep a log of the foods you eat. Remember this isn't for calorie counting, this helps you to see what foods work best for you. We will turn the work out up a notch to get even larger results. You are now broken in as one would say and feeling proud of yourself look how far you've come. We will learn more and more on building a positive relationship with our food instead of a negative one.

PHASE THREE: Wow, wow, wow look at you, do you see yourself?  You've been hanging in there and your results as we are now entering into week five are amazing. How do I know this, I know this because you have been dedicated and even when you didn't feel like working out you said I can do this for me. Even when you wanted to eat dead food you ate live food, you meditated and communicated with your community for support and you called on Spirit for help. You did it and you will continue to incorporate all that you are learning and you will share this freedom with others.

Internal cleansing is necessary,to remove the waste build up that is within the body. As your body removes waste it is able to heal and rejuvenate. Cleansing the liver is a must, it help to remove waste and fat from the body. When this organ is congested it causes waste back-up and it also becomes difficult to loose weight. Our colon is also backed up from years of waste and it has to be cleansed. You would be surprised of what is living there, and as a result is causing impure blood. Our focus right now will be the detoxification of the liver and colon while nourishing the body within Phrase One. Phrase two we will kick it up a notch, as we educate our selves on what is needed and are able to throw out the propaganda. This is a test that I took while following this program that helped me. We must understand that we must work health at ever level and that is 
  1. Spiritual
  2. Mental 
  3. Physical
Incorporate all three for maximum results:
Your mental and spiritual walk has everything to do with how you walk in this life. It does not matter if it is you getting to know your higher self are your higher source. Either way it is needed for growth. When our faith fails and our mental way of seeing things are not balanced it is our spiritual relationship that abounds. That is of course you understanding that a spiritual relationship has nothing to do with organized religion. It is the understanding of who we are individually and having a love for self that always wins.If you think negatively then you are that and this is what  you will attract. Our asset is to know who we are. Look deeply into you spirit(energy) and learn and see ourselves. Except all aspects of self, claim it and except it. Stand on our foundation and what we don't like claim it own it take it out and replace it with something positive that is needed.Denial is never an option for success into any venture that we take.

Our physical bodies are the vessels that holds our energy(spirit) and when the spirit is sick and unstable the body can and often do also become sick as well. When the body is sick the spirit Your Energy) can and do become sick as well. We must heal and balance them both to have mind, body and spirit wellness.

Why is it necessary to cleanse the body? It is necessary because when building the foundation you have to make it strong. Anything that is weak must either be removed are reinforced, The body is no different. Year after year of waste that isn't moving as quickly as it should out of the colon builds parasites and dis-ease. Improperly cooking meats and having animals within the home and around it exposing yourself to the soil outside your home where your animals have been also can give us parasites without us having any idea. The scary part is our waters are not safe either and  many restaurants are even worse. Having parasite can and often do cause dis-orders within the body and we have symptoms that sadly have become the norm for many. To name a few symptoms some would be fatigue, headaches, nausea, bloating,gas,constipation,impure blood,diarrhea even when it is not every day but often.

 Knowing this is teaching us that as we build our bodies we must also cleanse it of the waste, and poison that is causing illness within our bodies. 

Most times we cant loose weight not just because of what we are getting but because our liver's are congested and need to be cleanse so that it can filter fat and toxins properly from the body.

 Our kidney must be cleanse to filter out the toxins properly within our bodies, to help our vessel do what it is suppose to do without the burdens that we impose on it.

It gets easier just take one day at a time and commit to it, before you get out of bed commit to it. As your lifestyle in food changes you caving and desire for high calories processed foods that serve no purpose within the body will began to change as well. 

The next important organ to clean is the colon, it holds a lot of dis-ease to start. Many say that dis-ease starts within the colon, I use to agree with this however,it start with the people that grow our food and then it makes it to your kitchen for it to be prepared. We most the time do not do that correctly.

Our GMO non-organic food is killing us. We are what we eat, how much more fake food must we eat before we are no longer real. Do not drive yourself crazy with the organic and etc.. getting a foundation with what you are to eat and not eat in general is enough for now. If possible avoid GMO foods and understand that all organic does not mean that there are no chemicals within your food, however, it does help in knowing that it is not a GMO food.  This will help in as many area's as needed because this helps us to avoid what we can and give us a fighting chance. 

One example is it is hard to avoid the Ammonia that is put in the growing of our food. However, eating walnuts helps the body rid itself of ammonia. Thereby, avoiding as much ammonia as possible and eating walnut plus keeping the proper flow within the colon and drinking adequate water daily helps our body. Hopefully we are getting an idea, it require work but it will become the norm for you. Little things like this helps to give a fighting chance to accomplish our goals.

 For me that goal is to age gracefully, age without medication needed and still get around at 100 years old with out illness that makes me rely on someone else to take care of me making me feel like a burden to my family or facility. Doing all that I can do to stay whole and balanced.

Cleansing the body is essential when changing how you eat. It helps to get rid of the waste that has been piling up within your body for years. Did you know that when a baby is born their digestive tract isn't yet completely developed? That it is the mothers breast milk that aids in the completion of it.

Of course it does not help when we began to feed our children table food at 2 and 3 months on top of a system that was not ready for it. We at this moment introduce to our children the seasonings that our taste buds are accustomed to. No doubt their little bodies do not need these things. We however, find that it is cute that they love it and the cute little faces that they make are so cute we just cant help ourselves. We have no clue that we are putting thing on them that they are not ready to handle just yet.

This of course makes us wonder why our precious little ones battle with so many illnesses that have now been labeled as normal because it is so wide spread now. We say things like the milk wasnt enough. Not understanding that this only means that they are not getting the nutrition that is required and this is the body way of letting you know. So we can feed them more but base it in proper nutriton not necessarily more food. This also must always delicate: they need very little to break down and leave all the extra flavour and seasonging out. We are already beganing to train them for failure when it comes to their health.

All three of my children were breast feed and I never had a stinky diaper until the time I had to place one of them on formula for a short time. Stink isnt normal and it is not a good sign. This is a sign of waste and perturfication with in your precious one bowels, as well as your own. But this is the normal here in America now.

When we have waste build up within the gut we began to develop a stomach, please note just because a person does not have one does not mean they do not have waste build up. The body responds differently with everyone, and when it cant save you in one way it will try another until it runs out of space.

We see littel children in other countries that are malnutrients and they have huge stomachs and we think how sad. Yet it does not does not hit us that when we have out children in this same light that this is what is going on. Could it be because we feed them every day 3 or more times plus snacks. The food we feed our children is often dead and the body is fighting to survive. This has become the normal once again within america.


Cleanse the liver and the kidneys to help get the flow of good bacteria and Alkaline going within the body. The more you remove waste and parasites the more you will began to reject processed and junk food. Your body will crave whole foods. You will start to not enjoy your cheat days so much if it consist of sugary processed foods. Remember the first thing that is hard to break is going to be the habit of it all. You have to always be mindful of your mission and goal in order for this to work.

We are going to do a system cleanse and a liver cleanse twice a week. You pick your two days based on your work schedule. This is done this way because every one body responds differently. There are always several things you can use to do a parasite cleanse, but my goal was to keep it simple. This is also to stimulate the kidney, liver the primary organs of detoxification.

These are to be done 2 days in a row and in the early morning. You are to drink it all, if you cant at once then drinking it within a two hour time is good.


                                                     System Cleanser


32 Oz. spring water

11/2 tablespoons of organic pure maple syrup or orgainc pure raw honey

1/2 teaspoon whole clove or 1 pinch organic ground clove

Juice of 1 organic lemon

Blend these ingredients for 20-40 seconds as needed. Strain



                                                      The Organ Flush

3 Sprigs of parsley or cilantro

1 peeled orange

1 peeled lemon

1 oz. cold pressed Olive oil

1 1" piece of fresh ginger root

1 clove of garlic,pinch cayenne and ground clove


Blend the parsley, lemons, oranges and ginger with one cup of water. Strain the pulp, return liquid back to the blender, then add the remaining ingredients. Blend; Ive found adding bee pollen is also helpful. However, it is best to get it from your area for help with allergies. If this is only to balance hormones then anywhere is find. Once you have tried this a couple times and you know how you well you will respond you can add more of the garlic, ginger and olive oil.

When you prepare these drinks your daily supplements will be to drink both these drinks in an 8 oz. glass and take 100 mg of magnesium and 1,000 mg of Vitamin C


This will be your breakfast for the two days. You can sip on the body sytem cleanse thoughout the day. But if you know you are a procastinator get it over with. You can do it, its only 2 days a week for 6 weeks.


Morning Snack: Apple or pear and 5-10 Almonds. Remember this is to give your system a chance to cleanse those toxin out. While you are doing all this remember to drink plenty of water. For best result put a fresh organic lemon juice in it. NO sugars at all in the water.


30 Minutes before lunch: Drink 8 oz. glass of fresh juice that is juiced with a juicer not store bought- at least 80% of it should be vegetable juice, and 20% of it needs to be fruit juice. Lunch: You are to have a big salad, with dark green only- no red peppers and tomatoes. If you must have meat only add four onuces of chicken or fish. It is best that is fish you have caught yourself and the chicken is organic as well for best results.Purdue chicken has resently claimed that their chicken is now organic not feed with chemically treated grain.

For dressing you can use lemon juice and olive oil(or diluted sesame tahini, or hummus. Another great salad dressing is one I use often is Fresh lemon juice, raw honey, cold pressed olive oil, spike with out the salt or msg. I blend all three to taste, Its like a vinginette dressing sour with a little kick.


Afternoon snake: Apple or pear and 5-10 raw almonds. You can exchange the fruit for 1 cup of carrots, cucumber, or celery.


30 Minutes before dinner: Drink 8 oz. glass of juice- 80% vegetable and 20% fruit. Take for the third time today 1,000 mg of vitamin C and 100 mg of magnesium. You can still take your multivitamin  at this time if this is a supplement that you take every day.


Dinner: Eat another big salad, with dark greens only. No red peppers or tomatoes. Use the same salad dressing from lunch. If you desire a potato you can have a baked one with olive olive oil, please do not microwave the potato. Should you find yourself still hungry you may drink another 8 oz. glass of freshly juiced juice and have five or 10 almonds.


Look at you, you did it you made it though the day. With only one more day to go you can do this. Remember I am not one to say count calories when it comes to eating natural foods. However, the goal is not to over work the system while it is cleansing. If you have to go out bring you items with you. Juiced foods can retain there nutrients for up to 6 hours. If you find your self loosing momentum remind yourself of your self love you are learning to have for yourself.  Once you experince this cleanse you will love it and understand why it is so important.

  A reminder to always check with your doctor before begaining at cleanse or diet. Also remember to drink pleanty water. Your cleansing toxins and waste the body needs waters to wash it away.


Spiritual parasite are parasite that attach themselves to us. They feed off of you just as a physical parasite would. This parasite is known by many names depending upon your journey. When they attach to you often you began to feel drained for no reason. Psychic cords and hooks can be also used as a spiritual parasite. These entities can lay dormant for years and they can and often will travel throughout your generation. Being passed down to your offspring and you will never know the wiser. Removing some are as simple as using energy healing to go in and cut all cords. See Reiki Level 2, some are also as simple as a sea salt bath and negative and positive spell. To do this take a black candle and a while one. Light them both as you bath yourself. I myself like to use sandalwood incense whenever I'm going to meditate it helps to take me where I need to be. Put Sea Salt or pink Himalayan salt in your bath. You can make this your own as well by adding things to your bath that are beneficial to you.

 Imagine yourself being in a protective white light and or violet light. Began to visualize yourself digging a whole and for each negative thing that is within your life you dig. Keep count of how many shovels of dirt you though out. Because for each one you dig out you will then visualize replacing it with positive things. Remember to refill with positive light and love. Otherwise it will refill itself with negativity. Depending upon your journey you may say a pray to remove all things negative after this mediation is complete. Once done allow the candle to burnout on there own. Get up knowing that all is well and taken care of. 

Another way that we bring parasites within our life is by the people that we associate with. While this may not seem spiritual we are all spiritual being adapting to a physical body. We all have our energy that we share daily even when we are not away of it. I often ask those associating with me to be responsible for the energy that they are bringing into my space. This helps me to always be conscious of my mindset. My children say that when I am sad are angry they can feel it without being in the same room with me. They said they don't even have to know my mood because they can feel it. When I'm sad, they are also because they feel me not to mention I'm their mom so I must watch that.

 Another thing that we must be aware of is purchasing items and bringing them into our homes. We love to find things that are hand crafted, but that persons energy is in that object. While they may have a energy that is love and light often we can get objects that are not. So it is always good to bless and cleanse items especially gifts before bringing them into your home.
If you are a person that host alot within your home a weekly to monthly cleansing would be great. This removes the energies of the many people from within your home. These are just a few spiritual things that we must be mindful of. You will find that things come together so much more when your air is positive. This does not mean we wont have bad days but how we think and handle them determines how we grow and maintain our own power and positive light. Stress cause health issues and weight gain; no wonder why this is so important.

 Some of us often go to sleep and wake up exhausted often because we have been traveling on the astral plain all night. We can tell ourselves to be still before going to sleep , we can envision a light of protection for while we are sleep. We can pray to spirit for protection while we sleep. We can even place salt under our bed for protection. This is to name a few, but non will work without believing it will.
You have people that will sit at home and think of you and thing that they desire to happen to you within a negative way. They can become energetic parasites to you, and often they have no clue what they are doing.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Spelt Flour
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 cup Spring Water or Alkaline Water
  • 2 Tbsp. Grapeseed Oil
  • 1/2 cup Agave
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 1/4 Tsp. Sea Moss

Directions

  1. Mix your spelt flour, hemp seeds, sea moss, agave, and grapeseed oil together in a large bowl. (It is important that you DO NOT add the hemp milk now, as it may form lumps once in contact with the grapeseed oil.)
  2. Mix in 1 cup of hemp milk and add spring water until you get the consistency you want.
  3. Fold the blueberries into the batter.
  4. Heat your skillet to medium heat and lightly coat it with grapeseed oil.
  5. Pour the batter into the skillet and let them cook for about 3-5 minutes on each side.
  6. Enjoy!
